Back in Action Spinecare and Rehab has been providing comprehensive health and wellness solutions for both acute and chronic medical conditions at our Tyson\'s Corner office for 25+ years. Dr. Gary A. Blabey, D.C., clinic director and owner has practiced at Back in Action for the past 12 yrs. Dr. Blabey is licensed through the Virginia Board of Medicine as a Chiropractic Physician and is a board eligible Chiropractic Neurologist. He continues post-graduate studies in neurology, nutrition, metabolic syndromes, and rehabilitation. Our office provides traditional chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatments with a brain-based approach. We also offer comprehensive treatment protocols for many complex autoimmune and pain disorders using a mutlifaceted approach with functional lab analysis, science-based nutrition, Chiropractic Neurology (brain-based therapy), cold laser therapy, whole body vibration, and spinal decompression therapy amoung some of the treatment options.
