I was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. I graduated from Memorial High School, Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science and Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. I have been married for 21 years to Vannessa and we have two amazing daughters.

Dr. Lance Hoose is the clinical director of the Tulsa Chiropractic Spine and Injury. He has extensive experience in caring for spinal related issues. These range from trauma related cases because of accidents and sports injuries to scoliosis. This accompanied with his comprehensive postdoctoral education allows Dr Hoose to treat both the simple and complicated cases. Dr. Hoose is certified by the State of Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Certified Acupuncturist though the Acupuncture Society of America and the New York Chiropractic College also having attained postdoctoral education in MRI spine interpretation, triaging the injured, caring for trauma patient. Dr. Hoose is a member of the Academy of Chiropractic, International Chiropractic Association, and the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals. These are national medical research organizations that provide the latest research on the diagnosis and treatment of spinal related conditions. This allows Dr. Hoose to offer the latest techniques based upon peer-reviewed research when caring for his patients, while drawing from 20 years of practice experience. Dr. Hoose is supported by caring, highly trained staff that is dedicated to meeting the needs of their patients in processing insurance, legal or work-related documentation.
