I have a 15-year family based chiropractic practice that uses hands on methods to include Gonstead and Diversified techniques. In essence, these techniques are a find it and fix it approach\" to pain. I treat each patient based on his/her individual concerns and needs. Other treatment options include electrical stimulation, ultrasound, cervical traction, lumbar flexion distraction, trigger point, heat and ice therapies. Rehabilitative exercises are employed to complement the chiropractic adjustment and maximize healing time. Individual attention is a high priority at my practice with individual treatment rooms and patient privacy a priority. My specialty is based on musculoskeletal conditions of the spine that result in back or neck pain. Headaches are often related to these conditions with chiropractic care an effective tool in relief.
