Dr. Genza has a background in sports medicine with extensive experience working with sports injuries. Her undergraduate degree was in athletic training and worked as an athletic trainer for several college & professional teams, and worked many years in NYC as a personal trainer &fitness instructor.
Chiro-Fit uses physical therapy modalities as needed, including hot packs, cryotherapy, EMS & ultrasound. Dr. Genza incorporates hot rock massage, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching and review of postural exercises in addition to full spine diversified adjusting.
