Patients are greeted at the front desk with a friendly multi-lingual receptionist that provides all of the intake forms for the chiropractor and PM&R doctors and helps the new patients fill them out. At this point, myself Sanford Schwartz D.C. for a full orthopedic, neurological, ROM examination. The the patient is sent in for any required tests I.E. x-rays and is rescheduled. After the chiropractic examination, the patient is seen by the PM&R doctor. On their second visit, the patient receives a report of findings including radio graphic, neurological and orthopedic findings and is given a chiropractic program treatment. The PM&R doctor then gives his report of findings and given a physical therapy program. All other testing such as MRI\'s, EMG\'s are done as needed. The patient is reassessed every four weeks, to determine if the treatment is successful or needs to be altered.
