Evidence-Based Outcomes for Managing Mechanical Spine Pain – A literature-based comparative study was conducted evaluating treatment outcomes for mechanical spine pain across four approaches: chiropractic spinal adjustment, physical therapy manipulation, osteopathic manipulation, and medication therapy administered by medical doctors. The research analyzed peer-reviewed sources to determine relative effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and long-term outcomes. Results indicated that chiropractic spinal adjustments consistently outperformed other methods in functional improvement and pain reduction. Osteopathic and physical therapy manipulations showed moderate success, while medication therapy demonstrated the least long-term benefit. This study contributes to interdisciplinary understanding and supports evidence-based referrals in spine care management. Cleveland University – Kansas City, Academy of Chiropractic Post-Doctoral Division, Buffalo, New York, 2025

Evidence-Based Mechanical Disc Pathology – A comprehensive literature-based analysis was conducted examining spinal disc herniation, bulges, extrusions, comminuted extrusions, fragmented extrusions, and normal disc morphology. The study included detailed radiological and clinical correlations to enhance diagnostic accuracy.
