It is very importantthat you call early in the day to reserve your appointment withour office. Dr. Carter is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Carter received his Board Certificate from the National Boardof Chiropractic Examiners in 1985. He has extensive experience in helping professional athletes with their back injuries.
