Insurance companies are requiring more documentation to determine medical necessity for treatment of soft tissue injuries. Doctors and attorneys need objective evidence to prove spinal ligament damage. RADX Diagnostics provides the objective evidence needed for determining the alteration of motion segment integrity (AOMSI) through x-ray analysis, commonly called x-ray digitization. Our documentation provides the doctor and attorney with the evidence and documentation needed to substantiate soft tissue injuries. We also provide an AMA Impairment rating when appropriate. Our reports are prepared by medical radiologists who are licensed in all 50 states. Our procedure is simple. We send a pre-paid mailer to the doctor\'s office for them to send their x-rays to us (we prefer digital x-rays if available).
