Dr. Kenneth Piering was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised on eastern Long Island. He attended the University of Buffalo for his undergraduate studies and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1980. He has been in practice for 37 years and has recently relocated to Jacksonville, FL.
