At Watertown Spine & Injury Center, care begins with a detailed clinical evaluation designed to identify the source of pain and functional limitations. Our approach integrates evidence-informed spine care, diagnostic imaging review when appropriate, chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and referral to appropriate specialists when clinically indicated.
Treatment recommendations are based on the patient’s history, examination findings, functional limitations, and diagnostic imaging when appropriate. The goal is to identify the most appropriate course of care and determine when additional imaging or specialist referral may be indicated.
