Dr. Sadowski is certified in use of the AMA Guidelines of Impairment, 5th ed. and has advanced certification from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in Whiplash Traumatology. Dr. Sadowski specializes in treating patients with non and post-operative spinal conditions, work, sports and auto-related injuries, and chronic pain using various manual therapy techniques, spinal manipulation and rehabilitative techniques. Dr. Sadowski is certified in using Graston Technique. He is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie International Group. He is also an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, CT Chiropractic Association, American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals, American College of Forensics and the Council on Chiropractic Orthopedics. Dr. Sadowski is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals.  Dr. Sadowski is also a Registered Neurosurgical Nurse Practitioner.
