Dr. Amy Denicke received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA in 2011. Prior to her chiropractic degree, she lived in the Aspen Valley for 10 years and owned Core Flex Inc, a functional training gym, at the Aspen Airport Business Center as a corrective exercise practitioner, personal trainer, and neuromuscular massage therapist. Dr. Amy has worked with various athletes from pro tri-athletes, nationally ranked swimmers, avid rock climbers, Rugby Super League athletes, and elite runners , just to name a few. Specialties of chiropractic include long lever muscle challenges and functional assessments that identify proprioceptive deficits and kinetic chain dysfunction. By utilizing a combination of diversified and network spinal analysis chiropractic techniques, myofascial and trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, and neurological stretch techniques, the identified dysfunction is reduced while performance and function is enhanced. Dr. Amy will go steps further by incorporating an active care plan of corrective exercise instruction, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle improvement advice when appropriate.
