Dr Joe is a San Diego local. He graduated from San Diego State University in 2005 with a BS in Molecular Biology. In 2005, after completing service with the military, Dr Joe entered clinical study at Life Chiropractic College West. Parkway Wellness Center was opened in 2009 by Dr Joe Szafranski DC.
