Rachelle Mulford, D.C. is an alumnus of Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus in San Jose, California and received her Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.She has been recognized for several awards including Outstanding Service Award in 2008\" and \"\"Excellence in Leadership Award in 2009\"\". Dr. Mulford is also the newest board member of San Diego\'s Executive Board for 2010-2011 year for the California Chiropractic Association.Currently, Dr. Mulford is pursuing a diplomate in Functional Neurology from the Carrick Institute for Graduate studies and is completing her specialty in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (M.U.A.). She is certified in Kinesio-Taping and Graston Techniques for soft tissue therapy. She has experience with personal injury and auto accidents, temporomandibular joint syndrome and dysfunction, pediatric adjusting, nutritional counseling, geriatric adjusting and sports injuries.\"\"\"
