I graduated with honors with a B.S. in Kinesiology from UCLA. I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic graduating Magna Cum Laude from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. I am a native of Sacramento and have been in practice for over 25 years.

I am a recognized industry specialist in the treatment of personal injuries and auto accidents. I am practiced in the field of biomechanics, with relation to automobile accidents/injuries, and am a frequent lecturer to corporations on the topic of accident prevention and automobile safety. I have successfully treated and managed hundreds of personal injuries and auto accidents. My state of the art facility which includes massage therapy, electric muscle stimulation (EMS), super pulse laser, ultra-sound, and motorized traction are all used to help reduce muscle inflammation, reduce pain, and accelerate healing. I also have a mini-gym and rehab facility which includes exercise and rehab equipment. I am an expert in rehabilitation and utilize neuromuscular reeducation and active exercises that are so vital for full recovery from automotive and personal injuries. I maintain a strong referral network and am an expert witness in court, when appropriate. I not only successfully treated hundreds of injured workers as a Primary Treating Physician but also have been a respected industrial evaluator since 1991, performing hundreds of evaluations including Agreed Medical Evaluations (AMEs). Dr. Muldavin has also been a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) since the inception of the program in 1992, for the State of California. I work with occupational medicine and pain management physicians in the area, including Kaiser.
